Brighid joined Te Papa in May 2009 from Telecom New Zealand. There, she led a large project-management team and held roles in IT development, IT consultancy, and organisation development.
Brighid has held senior roles in human resources, organisation development, and business consulting in the forestry, financial services, and telecommunications industries.
Brighid has a Master of Philosophy from Auckland University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies from Waikato University.
Brighid is married and has two daughters, Astrid and Eilish. Her interests include gardening, reading, and skiing.
