Cultural Funding Guide

A new way to find funding for your arts, cultural, and heritage projects

The Cultural Funding Guide search engine is designed to help arts, cultural, and heritage organisations match projects with potential funders.  It was started up on 23 April 2007 and is now hosted by the Ministry for Culture and Heritage.

The search function is free to use and specifically tailored to the arts, cultural, and heritage sector, making it easy to find the best match between a project and potential funder.

National Services Te Paerangi, the Ministry for Culture and Heritage, Creative New Zealand, and the Funding Information Service jointly developed the guide.

Museums, art galleries, heritage organisations, theatres, and other performing arts centres were among the groups consulted during the portal’s development.
