Strategic Project Grants

Strategic Project Grants about thinking strategically and working collaboratively, and have been developed to support projects with long-term outcomes that benefit museums, galleries, iwi groups, their taonga, and their communities.

Helping Hands Grants

The Helping Hands Grants Programme aims to help small museums and iwi carry out their responsibilities. These responsibilities may include:

  • purchasing conservation materials
  • contracting consultants
  • accessing training or professional development opportunities.

Cultural Funding Guide

The Cultural Funding Guide search engine is designed to help arts, cultural, and heritage organisations match projects with potential funders.  It was started up on 23 April 2007 and is now hosted by the Ministry for Culture and Heritage.

The Cultural Funding Guide is a collaboration between National Services Te Paerangi, Creative New Zealand, the Ministry for Culture and Heritage, and the Funding Information Service.
