Leona Kenworthy began as Director People and Strategy in May 2006. In this role, Leona is responsible for human resources and strategy and planning.
Leona has been Human Resources Manager for the Office of Treaty Settlements and Trade New Zealand. More recently, she was General Manager of Human Resources at the Ministry of Justice, where she oversaw the merger of the former Ministry of Justice and Department for Courts.
Leona has an outstanding record of working with an organisation’s people and practices to build capability and effectiveness.
