6pm–7pm: Artists in Antarctica. In 1996, the Artists to Antarctica programme was established in partnership with Creative New Zealand. Tonight, artists Grahame Sydney, Christopher Cree Brown, and Clare Plug share their experiences and talk about the benefits, or not, of being an honorary Antarctic Arts Fellow. Soundings Theatre, Level 2.

7.15pm–8pm: Raewyn Atkinson – Antarctic Arts Fellow. One of New Zealand’s best ceramic artists shares works created as a result of her Antarctic Arts Fellowship, and the inspiration and experiences behind their creation. Soundings Theatre, Level 2.

7.30pm–8.30pm: Classical Chrome. Chill out to the cool sounds of this quartet’s favourites from the classical era.
