Get some behind-the-scenes insights into what it takes to make a video game. What is the day-to-day life of a game programmer like, and what does it take to become a professional in this innovative industry?
Steffan Hooper from the MediaDesignSchool discusses the development process for the School’s award-winning game productions. He also shares some key lessons learnt from his seven years of experience teaching game development students.
Steffan Hooper
Steffan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury and has a Graduate Diploma of Game Development (Distinction). He has programmed in many languages including Java, C, C++, and has designed and implemented a number of object-oriented programmes.
