Game Changers – The Kiwi Story

The Game Masters season at Te Papa features two New Zealand-made indie games: Shatter,by Wellington’s Sidhe Interactive, and Chopper 2, by Hawke’s Bay artist and self-taught video-game designer David Frampton.

The creators tell the story of these games’ development and explore the impact that the New Zealand video-gaming industry has had locally and internationally.

 

On the couch

This event is hosted by comedian and videogaming enthusiast James Nokise. In a couch style interview with Mario Wynands (Director for Sidhe/PikPok), David Frampton (Founder of Majic Jungle), and Antony Blackett (Founder of Rocket Jump).
