Who’s up for some strumming and drumming at PlaNet Pasifika? Celebrate Pasifika music all day with free music workshops, art, and craft activities.
10am - 11am: Stories from the fale.
11am - 12noon: Make a unique ukelele brooch. Cost $3.
12noon - 1pm: BYU - Bring your Uke session.
1pm - 2pm: Learn some Pacific rhythms in our drumming workshop, and make a drum out of recycled materials.
2pm - 3pm: Make a pare (flowery head-dress) and swing your hips to some hula grooves.
3pm - 4pm: Keep the beat! Take part in PlaNet Pasifika's parade around Te Papa.
