Auckland's corporate landscape

Speculative property development changed New Zealand's cityscapes during the 'Rogernomics' revolution of the mid 1980s. Huge mirror-glass office towers sprung up, most famously along Queen Street in Auckland. Some people called them 'corporate castles'.

Metro magazine charted the changing landscape and culture.
