Where do I buy tickets for Game Masters?
You can buy Game Masters tickets online now. Tickets are also available from the Information Desk, Level 2, from early December 2012.
How does timed ticketing work?
When you book your ticket, you will be asked to select a date and entry time for your visit. Entry times are:
- Friday to Wednesday: on the hour from 10am until 5pm
- Thursdays: on the hour from 10am until 8pm
Can I exit the exhibition and come back later?
No pass outs are allowed. Bathroom facilities are available in the exhibition.
Is there a time limit for my visit?
There is no time limit for viewing Game Masters. We recommend setting aside at least 60 minutes for your visit.
How do I redeem my online voucher?
All online bookings will be emailed a voucher. Print your voucher out and bring it straight up to the exhibition on Level 4, 5 minutes before your entry time. If forget your voucher, you’ll need to provide your booking reference number and proof of your identity.
What happens if I’m running late? Will I miss out?
If you’re running late for your booked session, please go to the Visa Platinum Gallery, Level 4, and see a Host. To guarantee entry it’s best to be on time – if you arrive late, your spot may be taken and you may not be able to enter until space becomes available.
My ticket doesn’t have an entry time on it. What do I do?
Family passes and 3-session passes must be exchanged for a timed session ticket at the Information Desk, Level 2. You’ll be able to enter the exhibition at the soonest available time. Depending on how full the exhibition is, there may be a short wait.
