1. The Prize is one of two full sized upright Arcade Machines, loaded with 60 games each.
2. There will be two draws. First draw will take place on Monday 17 December 2012, and the second draw will take place on Monday 18 February 2013. Winners will be notified via email or phone that week. If either winner has not confirmed acceptance of the prize within 2 weeks of notification the prize will be redrawn.
3. Each online payment transaction for Game Masters gives you one entry into the competition. Bookings during the stated competition periods on the following sites are eligible for entry; www.tepapa.govt.nz/gamemasters and www.WellingtonNZ.com. Competition periods are; 5pm 17 October 2012 - 14 December 2012 and 27 January 2013 – 17 February 2013.
4. Entries must be received by midnight Friday 14 December for the first draw and midnight Sunday 17 February for the second draw. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the draws.
5. Competition is only open to New Zealand residents. Special conditions may apply if the winner is under 18 years of age.
6. Contact details will not be stored by Te Papa or Positively Wellington Tourism. They will only be recorded by BookIt for the purpose of the booking and to make the draw. No other contact will be made with ticket purchasers, unless opting into newsletters.

8. Staff and immediate families of Positively Wellington Tourism, BookIt and Te Papa are not eligible to enter.
9. The Arcade machine will be delivered to the winners at their specified address (within New Zealand only). Any incidental costs associated with claiming the prizes, are the responsibility of the winners.
10. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
11. In the event that the prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond The Promoter’s control, The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
12. The Promoter and their agents are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the promotion or accepting or using the prize.
13. The prize draw is final and correspondence will not be entered into.
14. Third party conditions may apply.
15. The Promoter is Positively Wellington Tourism.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition at any time without notice, and for any reason.
17. By entering the promotion, entrants accept the terms and conditions stated above.
