Flexibility in more ways than one

Our 'express' solutions allow you to quickly and easily tailor our services to suit your meeting, with minimum fuss and maximum flexibility.

Make our place your place for half a day or up to a full day and choose from a service proposition with flexible menu options and pricing, and great views of Wellington harbour and city.

Per Person Package

(Minimum 4 people)

$55.00 plus GST per person

Room Hire

Half Day Hire - $195 plus GST

Full Day Hire - $295 plus GST

Terms and Conditions

  • A minimum of five working days notice required to book
  • Minimum of 4 people, maximum of 20 people
  • Morning and Afternoon Tea can be served at any time. Lunch must be served between the hours of 12pm and 2pm.
  • Bookings are for Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
  • Bookings can be made up to a maximum of 12 weeks from the time of enquiry.
  • Audio Visual equipment available for additional cost
  • Catering must be provided by Te Papa.
