Challenge everyday perceptions! Explore the amazing abstract artworks in our new galleries, focusing on how artists use colour, line, and form in paintings, film, and immersive installations. We use a variety of playful approaches to develop students’ creative responses to the artworks on display.
In Hīnātore, our learning lab, students use collage to explore how rearranging an everyday object can bring a new perspective to it. Their creations can then be displayed in a virtual reality gallery.
