Small meeting options during Level 1

Our popular all-inclusive package is a stress-free and easy to manage option.

Small meeting packages

We have a range of small to medium sized rooms available for your next team meeting, perfect for hosting groups between 10-25 people.

Full day meeting package

Our full day meeting package is an affordable all-inclusive option for between 10–25 people. The cost of $65 + GST per person includes full day venue hire, basic audio visual*, and catering from our daily menu.

Please note that morning and afternoon tea can be served at any time and lunch is served between 12–2pm.

*Please note that basic audio visual includes the use of a projector and screen. Additional equipment can be provided at a further cost.

This package is available Mon–Fri, 8am – 6pm. We require a minimum notice of three working days’ notice.

Venue–only hire

Also for small meetings between 10-25 people we have a full day rate of $395.00 + GST per day or a half day rate of $295.00 + GST. If you do not require full day catering, you can choose tailored aspects of our daily menu as per below:

  • tea and coffee on arrival: $4.50 + GST per person
  • morning and afternoon tea: $9.50 + GST per person, per session
  • buffet lunch: $27.00 + GST per person.
