Small meeting packages

We have a range of small to medium sized rooms available for your next team meeting, perfect for hosting groups between 10-25 people.

Full day meeting package

Our popular all-inclusive package is a stress-free and easy to manage option. We have a range of small to large sized rooms available for your next team meeting, workshop or conference.

The cost of $69pp + GST includes full day venue hire, basic AV package* and catering from our daily menu.

Package inclusions

  • Full day venue hire for one venue (8:00 am–6:00 pm)
  • Full day catering based on our daily menu (includes tea/coffee on arrival, morning and afternoon tea, and standing buffet lunch)
  • Standard AV package*

* Basic Audio Visual (AV) is included in the main standard meeting room only, including fixed data projector and screen, standard sound, lectern and microphone.
AV tech and additional equipment are available at additional cost.

Venue hire includions:

  • 1 x whiteboard
  • 1 x flipchart
  • Wi-Fi
  • pads and pens
  • mints
  • jugs of water
  • a lecturn

If the client requires extra space, Te Papa will check availability and confirm the additional cost.

Half-day package, Venue hire, and catering

Cost of $64pp + GST (available for 10–180 people)

Package inclusions

  • venue hire for one venue (8:00 am–2:00 pm)
  • or venue hire for one venue (12 noon–6:00 pm)
  • half-day catering based on our daily menu – tea/coffee on arrival, morning or afternoon tea, and standing buffet lunch

Please note: This package is not available for Parliament spaces.

Package conditions

  • For events between 10 to 180 persons
  • Audio Visual and catering services by Te Papa
  • Te Papa reserves the right to propose an alternative space should the forecasted attendance change 20 days prior the event
  • Available Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm according to availability for groups under 20 persons
  • Available Monday to Sunday, 8am – 6pm according to availability for groups over 20 persons
  • Morning and afternoon tea can be served at any time and lunch is served between 12–2pm
  • Bookings for full and half day meeting packages require notice of at least 5 working days.
