Curious Creatures Imaginarium: Build, Play, Create

Bring the whole whānau to a free, fun day of making at the Imaginarium in Toi Art – create a home for a curious creature!

  • When Sat 20 Oct 2018, 10.00am–4.00pm
  • Where
    Toi Art, Level 4
  • Cost Free event

Where does a glittering fox live? What bed does a gnome sleep in? How do unicorns take a bath?

The Imaginarium is taking over the Toi Art Foyer with a pop-up space to build, play, and create. Get inspired at our kids’ exhibition Curious Creatures & Marvellous Monsters. Then set up a dwelling for the magical creature of your choice – you can crawl in there too!

Who’s behind the imaginarium?

Imaginarium Inc make lo-fi, high-drama recycled fun. Amy and Hayley from Imaginarium are notorious for industrial-scale box forts, smash palaces, dress-ups, and giggling in cupboards. Our kaupapa is that sometimes important experimenting can be too messy for your living room.
