The Penguin and the Sea Monster, 11–11.30am

A starry-eyed story about a little blue penguin who seeks help from the night sky when his friend is captured by a sea monster.

Korora is terrified when he and his friend are attacked by a sea monster while in the ocean. The moon and stars give him the strength and confidence to go back and fight the monster and rescue his friend. The monster is made of all the rubbish floating in the sea.

“It was a really unique way of getting the idea across to care for the harbour – fantastic!” – Hampton Hill School

Once in a Full Moon, 1–1.30pm

One evening deep in the New Zealand bush a lonely kiwi looks up at the sky and mistakes the full moon for a giant egg. Can kiwis fly? Can moons fall from the sky? Can wishes come true?
