Lucía is a single mother who loses her only child, Sebastian, at 5 years of age. She is overwhelmed by grief and even attempts suicide. How is it possible to get over the loss of a child? How can you keep breathing when a part of you is no longer there? These are questions that Lucía faces day after day.

Gradually, she learns to cope with the loss, thanks to the help of family, friends, and others who have endured the same wrenching experience.

This intimate film puts the viewer hand in hand with the protagonist.
