Family Concert

11.30am–12.30pm. Wellington Foyer, Level 2

Hear a stirring performance by the NZSO, and maybe even dance the Can-Can.

Includes Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, and excerpts from Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5, and Edvard Grieg's Peer Gynt.

Workshop: NZSO Pop-up Carol Choir

2.30–3.30pm. Te Marae, Level 4

Have you ever sung with an orchestra? Would you like to learn some carols? Join this fun singing workshop – no experience necessary, just enthusiasm.

Get tips from the NZSO’s Hamish McKeich and Chris Lam Sam. Then sing with the orchestra at the Christmas concert at 4.30pm.

Christmas Carols with the NZSO and the Pop-up Carol Choir

Sing your heart out with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, or simply relax and enjoy the uplifting Christmas carols.
