The Slime Workshop is all about chemical reactions and changes involved with solids, liquids and gases. Come and explore how different materials react when combined, and learn about the differences between chemical and physical reactions. Everyone will make their own slime to take home!

Mr Science

Mr Science (Sterling Cathman) is a specialist primary science teacher and has been working with kids and teachers for the past 15 years in schools around Aotearoa New Zealand.

Supervision and photographs

Kids must be accompanied by an adult for all activities.

Filming and photography by Te Papa may take place at this event. The material might be shared online or through social media.
