55 Cable Street, Wellington
Bring the whānau whānaufamilyMāori for a surreal day of activities and performances. Be surprised, delighted, confused, and excited!
Have you ever drawn a picture with your eyes closed?
Have you ever used a type writer?
Have you ever seen a crab-penguin-spaceman?
Try your hand at some surrealist techniques to produce your own writing and art works.
Once you've finished making, bind your creations together into your own surrealist book. Make one on your own, with a friend, or as a whānau whānaufamilyMāori.
There will be performances and appearances popping up in unexpected places throughout the day. So come along and be surprised!
This event does not include entry to Surrealist Art | He Toi Pohewa.
