Past tailor-made creations from our team of chefs include:
- a German marketplace with four food stalls – a fishmonger, butcher, delicatessen, and cake shop, for a function celebrating an exhibition of 19th–20th century art from the Städel Museum
- an 11-course degustation menu, featuring wagyu beef finished with 80-year-old balsamic vinegar, and ending with a white Toblerone mousse
- sugar statues of Richie McCaw and Sébastien Chabal shaking hands, for an All Blacks and French rugby teams function.
