Indian Buffet Menu

Main buffet

  • Hariyali chicken tikka chaat – mint and coriander marinated chicken with onion, tomatoes (GF)
  • Pappad / pickle (VG) (GF)
  • Murgh lababdar – chicken cooked with spices, onion, and tomato masala (GF)
  • Indian lamb korma – lamb cooked with spices in thick onion and cashew gravy (GF)
  • Aloo mutter – potatoes simmered in creamy onion and tomato gravy with spices (VG) (GF)
  • Kadai paneer – marinated cottage cheese cooked with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and spices (GF) (V)
  • Ghee and jeera pilaf – Dum-cooked basmati rice with jeera and ghee (GF) (V)
