From the month of January, Te Papa Cafe on Level 1 is serving Raumati Specials crafted by our award-winning kitchen team.

Head Chef Hitesh Bhoir highlights the best of an Aotearoa New Zealand summer with flame-grilled meats, stone fruits, and native botanicals, including horopito and kawakawa.

Choose from parmesan hash sticks with charred harissa beef sirloin, or mānuka-glazed BBQ chicken with charred sweetcorn. Finish with berry custard or exotic pavlova. Simple, seasonal dishes made for summer.
