Ka waimarie tātou te whai wāhi atu ki ngā kaitā o Te Uhi a Mataora me ā rātou kaiwhiwhi o te kaupapa nei nō rātou ka kōrero mō te wheako o Te Mātātuhi ki Te Papa. Mātua rā ko te takenga mai o te kaupapa nei, ā, koia ko ngā wānanga a Te Uhi a Mataora e aro pū ana ki ngā Toi Moko e manaakihia nei e Te Papa i te Wāhi Tapu.

He wāhi motuhake tēnei mā ō tātou tamariki mokopuna ki te whera i te ao o te moko. E wātea ana ki ngā reanga katoa! Haramai rā!
The Tamariki Zone ensures that our kids have a dedicated space to flourish and explore te ao o te moko, the living world of Māori skin markings. All ages are welcome! Haramai!

Join us at Matatea, a public kōrero from guest speakers who wear moko kanohi (facial skin markings) in different spaces and realms, like practitioners, politicians, artists, and singers!
